Chocolate peanut butter bliss balls

WHAT YOU NEED

  • ½ cup Fix & Fogg Dark Chocolate peanut butter
  • ¼ cup almond meal
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs or chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp linseeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar (or regular brown sugar)
  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

METHOD

Gently heat coconut oil and Dark Chocolate peanut butter before adding all other ingredients. Stir to combine, chill in the fridge 10-15 minutes and shape into balls.

These keep well for up to a week in the refrigerator.
