Chocolate peanut butter and coconut slice
No-bake, super easy to make and unfairly moreish
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 cup of Fix & Fogg Dark Chocolate peanut butter
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut
- 1/2 tbsp coconut flour (or almond flour/ almond meal)
- 1/2 tbsp coconut nectar (or rice malt syrup/ maple syrup)
Blend all ingredients and press into a tin. Place in the fridge until ready to slice and eat.
Serve alongside coconut ice cream for a decadent dessert.
